Steve Dulin

Steve Dulin graduated from Rice University with a bachelor’s degree majoring in economics, political science, and business management. In 1990, he founded Milestone Construction, where he served as president for over 20 years. During Steve Dulin’s tenure, the company completed more than 2,500 commercial interior finish-out projects without missing any deadlines or exceeding budgets.
