Steve Dulin graduated from Rice University with a bachelor’s degree majoring in economics, political science, and business management. In 1990, he founded Milestone Construction, where he served as president for over 20 years. During Steve Dulin's tenure, the company completed more than 2,500 commercial interior finish-out projects without missing any deadlines or exceeding budgets.
In 1996, Mr. Dulin established MasterPlan Business Ministries, Inc., an organization aimed at mentoring business leaders using biblical principles. As president, he oversees the ministry’s operations, curriculum, and resources. Through this work, he has mentored entrepreneurs and executives, served on nonprofit boards, and participated in interviews on programs like TBN, Daystar, and podcasts such as Kingdom Builders and Wallbuilders.
In 2006, Mr. Dulin received the King’s College and Seminary LASER Award, presented by Dr. Jack Hayford, in recognition of his efforts to integrate faith and leadership. He has also served as a church elder and led one of the largest church services in the US. Mr. Dulin and his wife, Melody, have been married for more than 40 years and have two daughters, a son-in-law, and three grandchildren.
